Chelsea players unhappy with Sarri training sessions

Chelsea players are reportedly unhappy at some of the methods of boss Maurizio Sarri.

While Sarri complained about the mentality of his team after they lost 2-0 to Arsenal at the Emirates on Saturday, it appears his players are not happy with him either.

According to the Evening Standard, many of the players find his methods monotonous and unusual.

Sarri even has the team training on match days when they have a later kickoff, which is a departure from how training is normally run at Premier League clubs.

Another tactic is to split the team into two groups, one being defenders and the other being attackers and midfielders.

And the Chelsea insider who spoke to the Evening Standard suggests the players do not believe these methods are producing the best results on the pitch.
