Chelsea players are worried that if Antonio Conte is still the club's manager next season, Eden Hazard will seek to leave, according to The Daily Telegraph.

There is no doubt that Hazard and Conte have some issues. The player is not happy with some of the tactics employed, especially in bigger games.

Conte has used Hazard as a "false nine" striker a few times this season in tough games, but Hazard is not a fan of that role.

He prefers to play on the left, and wants his team to keep the ball on the ground more often. Conte's defensive style is not to his liking.

And if the manager is still in charge for another season, Hazard may seek a move to Real Madrid or another top European club.
