Chelsea plan to loan out Tammy Abraham for next season.

The Blues are considering doubling his £25,000 a week deal and extending his contract until 2020.

Talks are scheduled for next week with the on-loan Bristol City striker, 19, keen to nail down his future plans.

But once a new deal is sorted, Abraham is likely to be shown the exit door with another loan deal in the pipeline.

Leicester and Brighton are two options for the frontman, who has bagged 23 Championship goals this season, says the Daily Star.
