The Sun says Chelsea could use Nathan Ake in a swap deal to land Southampton star Van Dijk.
The Blues want to strengthen their defence and Van Dijk is on their wish-list.
The Dutch star will cost more than £50m so Antonio Conte could sweeten the deal by including Ake in the offer.
