Chelsea are preparing a club record bid for Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski.
The Telegraph says Lewandowski is now a priority, and could be part-funded by selling Alvaro Morata, who suffered a drastic drop in form in the second half of the campaign.
The Poland international's change in agent, to Pini Zahavi, could also aid the Blues, due to his close relationship with Roman Abramovich.
Despite approaching 30 years of age, and likely requiring a £100m fee to convince Bayern to sell, Chelsea may feel it necessary to convince Hazard and co. to pledge their futures to the club.
