Chelsea will attempt to sign Jan Oblak if Thibaut Courtois departs next summer.

The Belgian is yet to agree to a new contract and has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge.

Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are both keen on Courtois, who's contract expires in June 2019.

The 25-year-old spent an incredibly successful three years with Los Rojiblancos between 2011-2014, picking up La Liga, the Europa League and the Copa Del Rey.

According to 101greatgoals, if Courtois does leave for Spain, Chelsea would swoop in for Atleti's Oblak.

The Slovenian shot-stopper is also a target for Manchester United, should David De Gea leave for Real.
