Chelsea are being linked with Dinamo Zagreb defender Sime Vrsaljko.

Jutarnji List says Chelsea are keen to sign the Croatia international and immediately loan him to Vitesse Arnhem for the new season.

Chelsea are ready to make a bid of €3 million for the defender.

However, Dinamo chief Zoran Mamic has no interest in parting with Vrsaljko for anything less than huge money.
