Chelsea are ready to launch a swap bid for Bayer Leverkusen attacker Andre Schurrle.The Sun says Chelsea are set to offer Bayer £12m plus Kevin de Bruyne to land Schurrle.
German sources last night insisted Leverkusen are ready to sell the forward, 22, who starred for Germany at Euro 2012.
Blues were snubbed when they tried to sign Schurrle last summer. But the Londoners are ready to make him their first signing of this close season.
