Chelsea are eyeing Wigan Athletic winger Victor Moses. The Daily Mirror says the 21-year-old has just one year left on his contract at the DW Stadium and Liverpool, Arsenal, QPR and Newcastle have also shown interest.
But now Chelsea are ready to step in with a shock £10m move for the Nigeria international.
Moses is a favourite of Chelsea's top talent spotter and fellow Nigerian Michael Emenalo.
