Chelsea plan August swoop for Arsenal's Oxlade-Chamberlain and Juventus fullback Sandro

Chelsea are planning to sign both Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Juventus fullback Alex Sandro - but not until next month.

Oxlade-Chamberlain has become increasingly disgruntled following with his lack of playing time at the Emirates. The England international has one year remaining on his contract, but negotiations have stalled in the past few weeks.

The Blues will have to beat off Liverpool, who the Mirror reports are favourites to sign the 23-year old.

Sandro has been a long-term target for Antonio Conte, who is looking to raid one of his former clubs in Juventus.

The Brazilian fullback is keen to move to west London, but the two clubs have failed to come to an agreement over the transfer fee.

£70m is believed to be the asking price from the Old Lady and Chelsea are becoming more and more likely to meet the demand, especially given the spending of their rivals, Manchester City, who have spent £100m on fullback's alone this summer.

Chelsea is also looking at Everton's Ross Barkley, who is definitely going to leave the Toffees, according to boss Ronald Koeman.

The Merseyside club are demanding £50m for the playmaker.
