Chelsea are planning a £22 million bid for Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

Roman Abramovich is expected to sweep the changes at Stamford Bridge in an attempt to overhaul his ageing squad.

The Blues have already agreed a deal to sign Werder Bremen midfielder Marko Marin at the end of the season and Fellaini could follow him. Everton would be keen to keep the 24-year-old but an offer of over £20million would be difficult to refuse given the club's financial constraints.
