Chelsea are sending youngsters Milan Lakovic and Matej Delac away on-loan.
The Blues say striker Lakovic and goalkeeper Delac are moving to Guimaraes in the Portuguese top flight.
Delac spent last term on-loan at Dynamo Ceské Budejovice.
