Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has ruled out bringing Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho back to Stamford Bridge.

The Sunday Mirror says with growing uncertainty over the future of caretaker coach Guus Hiddink and Mourinho's future at Inter appearing perilous, Chelsea supporters are bombarding unofficial websites calling for his return in the summer.

But a source close to Abramovich said last night: "It will never happen, not while Roman owns the club.

"He has no wish to revisit the past. Bringing back Jose Mourinho is not an option."
