Chelsea owner Abramovich will spend £95M this week to convince Conte to stay

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to assure manager Antonio Conte over their ambitions with a huge double raid this week.

The Guardian says the Blues will bid to reward the Italian for delivering the Premier League title in his debut season by spending a whopping £95m on two players.

They will splash £55m on Juventus left-back Alex Sandro and then move for £40m-rated Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco.

It will prove Chelsea's intent after watching Manchester United and Manchester City spend lavishly in the opening weeks of the window.

Conte has grown dissatisfied with the lack of movement on transfers this summer.
