Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich won't allow Jose Mourinho to run wild upon his return to Stamford Bridge. The Daily Star says Mourinho wanted the Blues' technical director Michael Emenalo - the eyes and ears of Abramovich - to be dismissed prior to his return.

But the 47-year-old Nigerian has been told his job is safe, even when the departing Real Madrid boss returns to London this summer.
