Porto striker Hulk wants a move to the Premier League. Chelsea target Hulk has admitted he wants to quit Porto for the Premier League, says the Mirror.

Blues owner Roman Abramovich has had a £30m bid turned down by Porto who are holding out for an incredible £40m.

Manchester City have also been watching developments but Chelsea were hopeful of completing a deal at the start of the summer until president Nuno da Costa blocked it as he holds out for more cash.
