The manager uncertainty at Chelsea hasn't deterred Roman Abramovich from putting his money forward for transfers.

And according to The Mirror, high on the Russian's wishlist is Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri.

The report claims Seri, who has also been a target for Barcelona, Liverpool and Arsenal, could be available for £30m.

Abramovich is determined not to be left behind by his rivals as Chelsea look set to miss out on the top-four for the second time in three seasons.

Current manager Antonio Conte is expected to leave at the end of this season. And Napoli's Maurizio Sarri, Juventus manager Max Allegri and ex-Barcelona coach Luis Enrique are believed to be frontrunners for the job.
