Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to back Guus Hiddink in the summer market.
The Daily Mail says Chelsea are close to naming Hiddink as permanent manager and the board has been impressed by the signings he's recommended.
Chelsea's owner is preparing to back Hiddink in the transfer market if he stays and the club have revived their interest in Bayern Munich midfielder Franck Ribery and CSKA Moscow winger Yuri Zhirkov.
Last summer Chelsea tried to sign Ribery, who scored twice for Bayern in their 5-0 victory against Sporting Lisbon on Wednesday.
Zhirkov, a left winger, is an established member of Hiddink's Russia squad and would cost Chelsea around £15m.
