Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has handed new manager Carlo Ancelotti a bumper summer transfer kitty.

The Daily Star Sunday says Ancelotti takes over tomorrow - with a £60million war chest at his disposal.

And he already has Bayern Munich's Franck Ribery, Middlesbrough keeper Ross Turnbull and Dean Sturridge from Manchester City in his sights - plus the imminent £10m arrival of CSKA Moscow winger Yuri Zhirkov.
