DiarioSport says Abramovich will offer the Brazilian a long-term deal over four or five years which will be worth a staggering £30,000-A-DAY. The golden contract will make Ronaldinho the highest paid player in the game's history.

Yesterday, it emerged that Chelsea were prepared to go as high as £40 million for Ronaldinho. However, if Abramovich is prepared to wait until June he will be able to prise the attacking midfielder away from the Nou Camp for over £10 million less.
