Gazzetta dello Sport says Mourinho will offer Fernando Torres to Napoli as part of a player-plus-cash deal for Cavani, according to reports in Italy.

Cavani’s release clause stands at 60million Euros (£54m) and City are prepare to offer Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko as part of a deal to bring the 26-year-old to the Etihad Stadium.

But Chelsea know that new Napoli boss Rafael Benitez would love to work with Fernando Torres for a third time and will offer him as a 30m Euro (£25.7m) makeweight.
