Chelsea assistant coach Bolo Zenden admits the expectations of fans and media has been a struggle to get used to.

Zenden is in his first coaching job working alongside manager Rafa Benitez.

"If we have done five or six things right and one thing wrong, it seems that the poor thing is highlighted on a much grander scale. For the coaching staff it is important to continue with our work and make sure that we have the results the club is expecting," said Zenden.
