Chelsea assistant boss Ray Wilkins admits sacked manager Luiz Felipe Scolari didn't have the entire squad behind him.

He said: "It is dead right that not all players were behind him.

"The players who are playing will love you and those who are not will call you a so-and-so.

"Communication is the most vital thing in life so I will talk with the group.

"We have to get the unity back."
