Chelsea assistant Steve Holland has stated that the team needs to win all of their remaining four Premier League matches in order to win this season's title.
The Blues are two points behind league leaders Liverpool following their 1-0 win over Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday and five ahead of third-placed Manchester City who have two extra fixtures to play.
With Liverpool beating City 3-2 on Sunday, Chelsea's job has been made that little bit more difficult which prompted Holland to suggest the west Londoners have to go on a stellar run to clinch the premiership.
"Not much has changed," said Holland. "We're five points clear of Man City who have two games more to play. If they win all their matches they finish ahead of Chelsea.
"It's been a good day for Liverpool and it looks like being an exciting conclusion to the season for everybody.
"We have probably got to win all of our games one way or another; we've been facing that task since our result at Crystal Palace. Any leeway we had was eliminated after that result."
