Chelsea must up their bid for Inter Milan midfielder Fredy Guarin.

The Daily Express says Chelsea have been told by Inter Milan they will have to increase an initial bid of around £13 million for Guarin.

The 27-year-old Colombian is at the top of Chelsea's wanted list, but Inter are asking £15m for the versatile Guarin, who is a strong-running, powerful midfielder who can score goals.
