Chelsea are lining up a bid for PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot.
The youngster has been a long-term target for Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, who has had Gilles Grimandi scout the midfielder regularly this season.
But French sources say Chelsea are also keen and preparing to bid for Rabiot.
Meanwhile, PSG coach Laurent Blanc remarked: "I can understand he is impatient. But he must not forget he belongs to a very big club and you have to be patient in life.
"I hope he will stay at the club."
