Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has decided to sell Kaka at the end of the season, it has been revealed. Don Balon says Perez has agreed with coach Jose Mourinho to cash in on the Brazilian in the summer.

Kaka's return from injury is not just viewed as a boost on the field for Real, but also strengthens their bargaining position as the midfielder proves his fitness in front of watching suitors.

Chelsea, Manchester City, AC Milan and Inter are all eager to take Kaka off Real hand.

Perez accepts he won't recoup the €65 million he paid Milan for the midfielder, but intends to sell to the highest bidder.
