Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel retains a slim hope of making Holland's World Cup squad.

Van Ginkel is back in full training for Chelsea after missing much of the season with a serious knee injury.

"Everybody has dreams, but whether it is realistic ... you obviously do not know. Of course I know I have to play minutes to be noticed.

"And I have certainly not had that, so there is still a lot of work to be done."
