Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel continues to win great praise on-loan with PSV Eindhoven.

On a season-long loan with PSV, Van Ginkel was outstanding for victory over former club Vitesse on the weekend.

Former Holland star Pierre van Hooijdonk declared: "We've talked about PSV's leader before, that's clear.

"Ten games, six goals and three assists, but especially his game ... He is a modern midfielder. He has a lot of depth and can actually do everything."

He added: "You do not see these midfielders playing in the Netherlands. Van Ginkel just gave a signal: I am here."
