Ramires says he's happy to stay upbeat, no matter what crisis Chelsea experience.
The Brazilian says there's no reason for players to "mope".
"I believe in football there is no space for you to be moping about," he said. "Okay, maybe you lost a game today and I get very angry when I lose a game, I go home very upset but I try to forget about it very quickly.
"I channel my disappointment into positivity ahead of the next match and this is a very good motivation because it always means you are looking forward.
"Everything changes when you're winning - you can feel it in the club, at the training ground. So that's what we can do to change a difficult phase we are going through - continue to win games, prepare well for the next game so we are strong for that and then everything will fall into place."
