Chelsea midfielder Pedro is flying back to London after his head clash yesterday against Arsenal.

Chelsea said in a statement this morning:

"Pedro stayed in hospital overnight in Beijing for observation having sustained a concussion and facial injuries in last night's game against Arsenal.

"He will now return to London for further review."

Pedro suffered the injury in the first-half when colliding with Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina.
