Chelsea midfielder Oscar is delighted working with manager Jose Mourinho.
Oscar is the preferred playmaker for Blues boss Mourinho and is happy with his lot in England.
He told the London Evening Standard: "I am happy to play for a big team like Chelsea and to have this responsibility Mourinho has given me.
"I don't feel the pressure. I have the same situation with Brazil where there is a lot of expectation.
"Mourinho has shown a lot of faith, trust and confidence in me. My team-mates trust me as well. I don't feel my age comes into it. I am dealing with it well.
"It's one of those things that every time he selects me though, I still have to prove myself on the pitch. I know the kind of coach Mourinho is and if I'm not on top form, with the options he has, he may not choose me again.
"He is constantly speaking to me, so even if I'm losing balls or things are going wrong, it's all about never giving up. If he can see the effort and that you're constantly trying, then that is not as bad because mistakes happen. But if you negatively effect the rest of the game with your work-rate then that's a problem."
