John Obi Mikel has urged Chelsea fans to get behind manager Rafa Benitez.
Chelsea suffered defeat at Manchester City yesterday.
"We just have to keep working and respect the manager," said the Nigeria midfielder.
"He's the boss and we just have to follow his instructions and do what he wants us to do."
