Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel says Roberto di Matteo has made every player feel like they're a part of his plans.
Obi Mikel admits he never felt this way under former manager Andre Villas-Boas.
He told the Sunday Mirror: "You get left out and you don't know the reason you have been left out. Things like that went rough everyone's head, not just mine.
"I asked if the goal I gave away against Liverpool was the reason because I had seen people do worse, but he said no.
"You don't know what to do because you come into training and don't know if you are playing at the weekend.
"Now things are stable - we have a manager who speaks to everyone and treats everyone the same. He treats John Terry the same as he treats the young players. He has brought us back together.
"We have communication, which so important on the pitch and between the players and the manager.
"He tells everyone why they have been left out."
