Chelsea midfielder Raul Meireles has entered talks with Napoli.

The London Evening Standard says Meireles is in discussions with Napoli about a possible move away from Stamford Bridge.

The 29-year-old, who joined Chelsea from Liverpool last summer, still has three years left on his contract and is valued at £8million. Meireles made 45 appearances for Chelsea last term but was suspended for their Champions League final victory against Bayern Munich in May.
