Chelsea midfielder Josh McEachran has taken a pay-cut to join Wigan Athletic on-loan.
The Daily Mail says Rosler is impressed with the fact Chelsea loanee McEachran was willing to take a significant pay cut for first team football after he arrived at the DW Stadium on Thursday.
McEachran, who was tipped to be a star at Chelsea after making his debut in the 2010-11 season, has been on loan at three clubs since; Swansea, Middlesbrough and Watford.
Rosler believes the expectation on his shoulders hampered his progression at Chelsea.
