Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic feels he's getting better with every game.

Few players have had a better calendar year than he has - but Matic insists his best is yet to come.

He said: "I think I am getting better. I study my own performances, especially when I think I didn't play well, to see where I can improve.

"In anything you do you can always get better. I know that I can improve and I will try to improve. In this moment I think I am playing well but I think I can do better."
