Chelsea midfielder Ruben-Loftus Cheek is relishing his opportunity to shine at next month's World Cup, and he doesn't think he'll be "intimidated" by the magnitude of such an event.
The 22-year-old won his selection in Gareth Southgate's squad on the back of a stellar loan spell with Crystal Palace. He made his international debut against Germany in November and is confident he can excel on the world stage.
"One hundred per cent I feel ready. I know how to deal with pressure," Loftus-Cheek said.
"I won't be intimidated by any player or team. I think that is fundamental in football if you want to do well and I'll take that mindset into the World Cup."
