Chelsea midfielder Lewis Baker is on his way to the Championship.

The Daily Mail says Middlesbrough have asked to take Baker on a two year loan from Chelsea.

The 22-year-old also has interest from Bournemouth and West Ham though would be guaranteed more playing time in the Championship initially.

Reading and Birmingham City have also asked about the England Under 21 international.
