Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has become the first player in Premier League history to record 10 or more assists for six seasons.
Fabregas broke the record after supplying Nemanja Matic in the second half as the Blues scored their third in a 3-0 romp over Middlesbrough on Monday night.
The Spaniard had been struggling mightily under Conte for much of the season. However, since gaining the Italian's trust, he has played with confidence and class, providing an attacking option for Chelsea, either starting or coming off the bench.
In what was only his 11th start for the season, the 30-year old surpassed Wayne Rooney and Ryan Giggs, who both assisted 10 goals or more in five seasons.
