Chelsea midfielder Conor Clifford has extended his loan at Notts County.

Clifford's loan deal at Notts County has been extended until May 7.

The midfielder will stay with the League One side until the end of the season as he aims to help them avoid relegation back into the fourth tier.

Clifford, 19, has had six outings since joining the Meadow Lane club last month, and they sit 17th in the League One table.
