Chelsea signing Cesc Fabregas expects competition at the top of the table to be red hot this new season.
Fabregas is expecting a fierce battle at the top, especially as his former club Arsenal have parted with £43.7m for his former Barcelona team-mate, Alexis Sanchez, and Newcastle right-back Mathieu Debuchy.
And with Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool also in the mix, he believes it could be one of the best Premier Leagues ever.
Chelsea play the first match of their European tour, against RZ Pellets, in Klagenfurt, Austria, tonight. Fabregas said: "It is going to be really interesting to see how everyone starts," he said. "I think Chelsea have signed very well. We have a great squad with young players. The mix of experience and youth is very good. But Arsenal have made some great signings - they're obviously going to be better than last year. Manchester United with a new coach are always going to be a big team and we know what City can do.
"Liverpool had a great season so it is going to be a really, really interesting Premier League this year."
