Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has been ruled out of the Spain squad.
AS says the Spanish Football Federation will announce changes to the squad for the upcoming international matches at the end of this round of league matches. Fàbregas is already ruled out, though it won't be official until medics from the international set-up, Doctors Cota and Celeda, verify the medical certificates provided by Chelsea club doctors.
Cesc has a thigh muscle tear and will be out for three weeks. The midfielder played against Liverpool yesterday despite going into the game with injury niggles.
