Chelsea may delay the arrival of Internacional de Porto Alegre striker Alexandre Pato until the January transfer market.
The News of the World says Chelsea are close to agreeing an £18 million deal for the 17 year-old striker, but may wait until the end of the Brazilian championship before bringing the youngster to London.
Pato admitted: "My dream is to play in the Europe, but I want to wait to go at the best time."
