Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho admits he's not the gaffer at home.

Mourinho's wife and daughter are both called Matilde, but have the nicknames Tami and Tita, while son Jose Junior is known as Zuca.

"My wife, and my son and my daughter have the biggest influence on me that's for sure," he told the Big Issue. "And why? Because they are the bosses and control everything in the house!

"And in relation to my job they don't try to influence, but at the end of the day they have a big influence because when it comes to make big decisions where to go, where to work, when to change, on this kind of thing they have a big influence on me."
