Chelsea and Manchester United are following VfL Wolfsburg fullback Ricardo Rodriguez.
Kicker says the Switzerland international left-back is being watched by Chelsea and United leading up to the summer market.
Rodriguez is tied to Wolfsburg until 2016.
"We're happy with Ricardo and are not planning to lose him," said Wolfsburg chief Klaus Allofs.
