Chelsea, Man Utd target Veloso: I'm ready to make jump

After Portugal's Euro2008 elimination, Sporting Lisbon midfielder Miguel Veloso admits he's ready to move abroad.

Manchester United and Chelsea have been linked with Veloso, who admits he still harbours hopes of joining cash-strapped AC Milan.

He said last night: "Only when I get home, will I know something. I cannot say what'll happen because I do not know.

"For a player, it is always a dream to make the jump and I do not rule out anything. Milan is a great club where all players dream to play.

"What I've always said is that £20 million is a lot of money, now let's see what's for me in the future. I think if a good offer comes for me and for the club, then Sporting will not say no."
