Napoli star Marek Hamsik cannot hide his admiration for the Premier League.
The free-scoring Slovakia midfielder has been a long-term target for Manchester United, while Liverpool and Chelsea have been linked with him this season.
Hamsik says he wants to eventually play in England, though is enjoying driving Napoli to Champions League qualification this season.
"I used to model my game on Pavel Nedved," declared Hamsik to La Repubblica.
"But now I love from afar English players like Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard. That's the type I want to be.
"The important thing is to always know where the goal is."
