Chelsea and Manchester United are planning to bid for Fulham attacker Moussa Dembele.

The Sun says it means Dembele could join his Belgian team-mate Eden Hazard at Stamford Bridge.

Fulham had been hoping to keep Dembele, 24, who has successfully switched from a midfield role.

But he has only one year left on his contract and is not ready to agree a new deal as he is well aware of interest from the big clubs.

Manchester United are also keeping tabs on Dembele and could challenge Chelsea if they make a firm offer.
