Chelsea and Manchester United are interested in Olympique Lyon winger Hatem Ben Arfa.
La Provence says Chelsea and United have jumped to the front of the queue for Ben Arfa as Arsenal's interest has waned since securing an agreement for Olympique Marseille's Samir Nasri.
Ben Arfa is keen on a move abroad, though would prefer to wait a couple of years before making the great leap.
